Iphone 13promax

I received my iphone 13promax in excellent condition. No scratches no dents and the ios working so great. Its just i upgraded the battery to 100% and paid extra for it. But when i received the item the battery health is 84% i have emailed already customer service good thing they responded unfortunately i havent got any feedback if i could have it refunded
