Visit Chubb's My Account to submit your claim. Your policy number can be found within your Certificate of Insurance. Please provide all required documents within 14 days of the incident. My Account Claims Link:

A Chubb authorised vendor will assess the damage and decide whether to repair, replace, or reimburse for your device (only when both repair and replacement are not possible).

For approved claim request assessment, you'll receive either:

  • A repair.
  • A replacement, or
  • A cash reimbursement when both repair and replacement are not possible.

*A deductible of 10% of the purchase value will apply to devices that were repaired, and of 20% of the purchase value to devices that were replaced or reimbursed.

Know about Device Protection underwritten by CHUBB®

Yes, Device Protection is complimentary.

The insurance cover provides your insured device with worldwide coverage against accidental damage during the coverage period, including dropping, impact, fire, and liquid contact, subject to sanction exclusions applicable on the policy.

Device Protection is complimentary and arranged under a group insurance policy undertaken by CompAsia and underwritten by Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited. Please note that your enrolment and coverage under Device Protection is subject to the group policy eligibility requirements.

Coverage is available for customers who:

  • purchased a device from CompAsia and "Total Care" program; and
  • are Singapore residents aged 18 and above.

Coverage under Device Protection lasts for 12 months from the commencement date stated in your Certificate of Insurance.

Yes, a deductible will apply for approved claims.

The deductible is 10% of the purchase value of the insured device if the insured gadget is repaired, and 20% of the purchase of the insured device if it is replaced or reimbursed.

Yes, there are. One key exclusions pertains to any modifications made on the original specification of the insured device, any damage as a result of not taking reasonable care of the insured device, or any claims for malicious damage, loss and theft, among other exclusions. Please refer to the policy wording for the full list of exclusions.

Simply submit a claim via Chubb's MyAccount (https://apac.myaccount.chubb.com/myaccount/sg/default/default/default/en-SG/guest-claim) if your device is accidentally damaged. A Chubb authorised vendor will be in touch to assess the damage and decide whether to repair, replace, or reimburse you for the device. Please provide all required documents within 14 days of the incident.

For approved claims, you will either receive a repair, replacement or cash reimbursement, minus the applicable deductible, depending on the claim assessment.

For items that are to be repaired/replaced, you can collect your repaired or replaced items when they are ready, after the deductible is paid.

For cash reimbursement, you will receive the settlement 2 - 7 working days after the deductible is paid, depending on the mode of payment.

You shall only be entitled to one approved claim during the period of coverage for the insured device. Your coverage will cease once the claim is fulfilled.
