Sales Agreement of Terms and Conditions of Use

 The customer agrees to be bound by this sales agreement & accepts its Terms & Conditions. This sales agreement is a legal contract between the customer and CompAsia Pte. Ltd. The customer accepts this sales agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the site. The terms and condition of this Sales Agreement are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this sale agreement or any terms and condition on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this site Agreement and our invoice shall control.

Membership

In order to access our services, we require all customers to register an account with us on https://compasia.sg/. Once you are a registered member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account ID and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree implicitly to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password upon account activation.

Account Termination

We at CompAsia Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a customer’s accounts at any time with or without notice. Providing false or invalid account information may result in the termination of your account. 

Refusal Rights

Any Products or information displayed on this Website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice, or recommendation to buy any Products advertised on the Website. 

CompAsia Pte. Ltd. reserves its rights to accept or refuse any order without a reason being presented.

Orders

Placing an order does not confirm that the order is accepted. Orders are not binding upon CompAsia Pte. Ltd. and the customer until accepted and confirmed by CompAsia Pte. Ltd. Once an order has been placed and accepted by CompAsia Pte. Ltd., the order is not cancellable, and the payment made by the customer is not refundable.

Refund & Return Policy

CompAsia Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances. If CompAsia Pte. Ltd. cancels an order, a refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment received. The customer will be notified of the cancellation and refund.

Returns/Claims may only be requested if it falls within these conditions:

    1. If you receive the wrong device/order
    2. If your order was damaged upon arrival, excluding any cosmetic issues as stipulated. 

Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, you hereby acknowledge that the device is correct and in good working order.

Pricing & Information

All pricing are subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, CompAsia Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer’s price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. CompAsia Pte. Ltd. uses its best efforts to put accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but CompAsia Pte. Ltd. makes no warranties or representations as to the site’s accuracy. CompAsia Pte. Ltd. assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the site. Prices, stocks, and promotional offers may not be similar between our website and shop. 

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the products listed. The charges will depend on the location the products are being shipped to, shipping method selected and value of the order. Such delivery charges will be notified to the customer once the product is confirmed for payment. Notwithstanding the above, delivery charges will be waived during CompAsia Pte. Ltd. promotional offers period.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CompAsia Pte. Ltd. the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

The destination country might subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levy orders shipped to countries outside of Singapore. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; CompAsia Pte. Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimated times.

Product Display

CompAsia  Pte. Ltd. will endeavour to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and colours on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that displayed product descriptions, images, and colours are accurate, complete, current or error-free. The aesthetic appearance of the product has light scratches on the body and screen that may be visible from more than 8 inches away.

Warranty

Device comes with three (3) month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty does not include accessories.

Payment Policy

Our customers are expected to provide the appropriate payment for all products and services received upon order. Payment can be only made through our website; https://compasia.sg/ . The payment must be made prior to the delivery of the products and services provided. Once payment is received, the order will be shipped out within the prescribed delivery period.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Option: No Charges & Fee, 3~5 days (Depending on our courier partner, only for parcel under $700)
Express Shipping Option: $6.90, 2~3 working days (For orders checked out after 9 am, the 2~3 working days will start on the following day)
Same/Next Working Day Delivery: $14.90, Same or Next Working Day (For orders checked out after 9 am, the parcel will be delivered on the next working day)

Delivery fees mentioned above may be subject to change without any notice. Changes, if any, will be reflected during the checkout process. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If delivery is delayed, CompAsia Pte Ltd. will not take responsibility for any losses incurred. Customers can contact our Customer Service team at support-sg@compasia.com to inquire about delayed parcel status, and we will assist you accordingly.

All shipping durations are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons and holidays. CompAsia Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to choose alternative shipping methods to fulfill orders.

Indemnification

All users of this site agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us, CompAsia Pte. Ltd., harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against us, our agents, our customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any services provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by us, CompAsia Pte. Ltd., our agents, employees, or assigns. User of this site agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CompAsia Pte. Ltd. against liabilities arising out of;

  • any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with us;
  • any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
  • any copyright infringement;
  • any defective products sold to customers from our, CompAsia Pte. Ltd.

We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our employees and us.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement 

We, CompAsia Pte. Ltd. may disclose any user information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the user upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
