1st time buying from CompAsia:
website was easy to maneuver and user friendly
making purchase was a breeze
overall user/buyer experience was good.

As it's my 1st time purchasing 2nd phone, though CompAsia site had good indicated of the rating & i chose "excellent" to be on the safe side.
just my observations and probably it's a used units thus I had to adjust my expectations. noticed the followings:
- battery life seems to deplete relatively fast in the beginning however it start to normalize after i tried watching mewatch (as it should take up more batteries :P)
- the device was also pretty hot when i 1st start the phone or let it idle but temp gone to normal after sometime (so i hope this is normal)
- the physical device was well maintaned with no scratches or dents (plus point as being excellent rated)
- turning off the mobile by the buttons seems to be challenging though (not sure if it's me not familiar with Samsung phone or 'faulty'?)

if the team can share back my observations above will be great.

Overall is a good buy and experience.
