CompAsia's ReNewNGo Program is an affordable 36 month tenure program with low monthly charges for Secondhand & As New devices with the flexibility to upgrade or return after 12 or 18 months with 36 month warranty.

Apply for ReNewNGo in 3 easy steps:

1. Select - Select your dream device from our ReNewNGo website
2. Verify - Login with SingPass and submit the application for approval.
3. Confirm & Pay - Once approved, confirm delivery details and make the first payment.

After your payment is processed and as part of our security measures, we will be conducting a quick verification to ensure the cardholder name matches the application name.
This process may take up to 24 hours.

Once this verification is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If the names do not match, your order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded to you.

To sign up for ReNewNGo, you must:

- be a Singaporean citizen OR a Permanent Resident (PR), OR a Malaysian on an Employment Pass (EP) / S-Pass.
- be aged between twenty-one (21) to sixty (60) years old.
- have a valid credit or debit card under your name with sufficient funds.

Apart from fulfilling the above criteria, you must pass a credit check and verification process for the application to be successful.

Each customer is only eligible for one (1) device under this program.

ReNewNGo is 36 month tenure program.

Yes, the device belongs to you after completing the 36-month tenure! Upon fully paying all Monthly Charges and any other dues by the end of the Term of Usage, you are not required to return the device.

No physical documents are required. Your application details will be based on your SingPass information.

Through ReNewNGo, eligible customers can choose popular models like iPhones, Samsung Galaxy S Series, iPads and MacBooks—all available with transparent, fixed monthly fees. 

Below are some of the products available for an easy monthly payment plan:

• iPhone: iPhone 14, iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 series

• Samsung Galaxy: Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S24 series

Once you complete the full 36-month tenure and all scheduled payments, the device is fully yours with no return required. The program also offers additional flexibility: after 12 or 18 months, you may choose to upgrade to a newer device or return the device based on the program’s terms. Every device purchased through ReNewNGo includes a free warranty for peace of mind.
