This is my 2nd purchase here. First one was the Flip5 for the wife. Although it may be a second-hand phone on paper, it does not appear to be one. Yes, it does have some minor scratches, but what phone doesn't? Micro scratches are unavoidable, like dust, they are always present regardless of how well you protect your device. Fortunately, they are not noticeable.
